What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
Coming away with the feeling and peace of mind that everyone is well. Means I don’t have to spend extra time questioning if they are ok. Rachael has the most amazing way of connecting with them and passing on messages.
Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
Yes. I now understand why my ponies are resisting having a soapy wash down which will save me lots of stress and time. Rachael gave me a super helpful alternative and link to a natural product which can be applied with a brush instead.
Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
Yes. Everyone is much more relaxed and content.
Has your relationship changed as a result?
Yes. I feel we all understand each other better and have a deeper relationship and trust. The relationship between the ponies has become much more settled too which is such a relief.
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Nothing I can think of. I’ve always found sessions and emails with Rachael to be highly professional and extremely clear and respectful. A perfect balance of head and heart.
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
I definitely recommend a session with Rachael. I’ve been working with her for a few years and consider her work a huge support for both humans and animals in our family.
Is there anything else that you’d like to tell me that I haven’t asked about? (Friends reactions, business impact etc)
The space Rachael holds allows animals to really come out and be themselves. This can be seen in their behaviour and in their eyes. By being heard and understood animals can feel safer with humans and it is so powerfully evident that others can notice this too. I’ve heard many people say “wow your ponies are really interested in humans and so relaxed”.
