About Rachael
Years of experience in the corporate world, Life Coaching and a love of horses which couldn’t be tamed is what led Rachael first to study Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL). Unique and experiential, EFL reconnects the individual to the present moment and their true self, providing clarity and meaningful change in their life, whether that be personally or professionally.
Communicating with horses (including those that have passed) came somewhat as a surprise to Rachael, one day she thanked some horses for taking part in one of her programmes, and they responded in turn. It was only when attending an Animal Communication Course that Rachael fully realised what a special and uncannily accurate gift she had, passing messages onto the horse’s person which would otherwise not be heard. This encouraged her to undertake further studies and a hunger to understand her gift more fully and the special relationship between horse and human.
Rachael recognises what a privilege it is for her to have this unique gift and a passion to use it to deepen the connection between equine and human for the mutual benefit of both. More than ‘just’ an animal communicator, Rachael’s clients feel that what sets her apart from others is ‘that she brings a coaching element to the reading, which adds another layer of value to the conversation’.
Her coaching skills are frequently called upon as she often needs to deliver profound and personal information constructively and with care, not simply passing the message on, but acting as a conduit between horse and person, accessing the guidance from the horse, and then working with the message to turn it into action with the owner so that they can move forward confidently.
The same is true of horses that have passed, allowing for re-connection, the opportunity to resolve issues that may have been left unsettled, to exchange messages that were never said, bringing comfort and relief to many.
Her calm, gentle and discreet manner is popular with both horse and human and is one of the reasons why Rachael is sought out for readings all over the world.
In Rachael’s own words: “Through the work that I do with horses, their person and their relationship, I learn more about myself and the nature of being; be it as a horse or a human, in relationship with one another. That is why I do what I do.”
