What led you to Rachael?
I just wanted another conversation with Lady as it had been almost a year since our last one! I was very impressed with my initial consultation with Rachael I knew I wanted to repeat the experience.
Was your call helpful?
Yes it was, it came up with a whole of lot of things which were good to here! That she is liking the work I am doing with her, which is lovely to know! That she sounded happy and knows that I am in her corner, cheerleading her, which I very much do! And I think the biggest thing for me was that she knew that we both had gone through changes this year. She has had a few investigations and treatments and is much more comfortable in her body! I’ve had a health scare and operation and she knew I had to contend with an awful lot this year!
Was it what you expected?
I was quite open to whatever popped up this time! The first one I was quite specific with what I wanted to know this time I was really open to whatever she wanted to tell me/us! So no it was not what I expected but equally amazingly insightful as to what we’ve both gone through in the last year.
Has your horse or pony’s behaviour changed following the call?
Oh my goodness, we are always closer after our call, we were after the first call. But this time, she really tunes into me and is very much with me when I am with her. We very rarely do any liberty work, but Lady chose to do that on Wednesday and that was special. She very willingly did whatever I asked her, it was a very bonding experience!
Has your relationship changed as a result?
We are much more in tune with one another and a stronger bond
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
Open mind and go for it, you will be surprised and it will help your relationship with your horse!
