It helped me slow down and think about where we are and how far we have come. To reflect objectively with facilitation in a 3 way conversation
What were you most surprised by?
His reluctance initially to speak to you. It was like he’d given up. But then the conversation developed and he was more forthcoming
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
His awareness of the ups and down of our journey. Not seeing the downs as humans do but to feel through all the emotion both good and bad and accept this as us.
Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
It changed after I sent the pics over before we had the call. Somehow unburdened

What could I change or do to improve my call service?
I wasn’t fully prepared for a 3 way conversation. I thought you would just tell me things about him. This was actually better.
