How was your call helpful?
Gave me a great insight into how my horse feels and his opinions on some tough decisions I need to make for him.
Was it what you expected?
Better than expected. Very quickly I was satisfied that Rachel was definitely connected with my horse from the way she described him. It was lovely to hear that he feels the same way about me as I do about him.
What were you most surprised by?
I thought he would be a little more demure and reserved, I wasn’t expecting him to use a lot of my well used phrases or swear! Clearly I’m a bad influence on him but it was more validation and I’m glad of it.
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
It was invaluable to be able to consult with him on some significant decisions about our future and I feel reassured and positive now.
Has your relationship changed as a result?
I didn’t think it was possible but we may be even stronger than ever.
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Nothing, it was perfect thank you.

To be open minded and that it’s well worth it. Enlightening and comforting.
