Welcome to the Client Reflection Form

I really appreciate your time in sharing your experience.  This started out as a client satisfaction survey, although many of my clients commented on how they enjoyed the opportunity to reflect on our session and share whatever they were present to.

It's an invaluable way for me to hear what's unfolded for you since our session and also what you placed most value on.  Your feedback matters to me.

My intention throughout our call is to deepen your understanding, connection and relationship with your horse, or animal. To be their “voice” in a clear and accurate way and to deliver what they have to share with sensitivity and care.

You'll see that none of the open (or non-multiple choice) questions are mandatory so that you only need to comment where you'd like to.

Your words can also be a really helpful way to convey what I offer and the value of having a session to future clients.  At the bottom of the form, you can clearly select whether this is for my eyes only, or whether you're comfortable with me sharing what you say, be it anonymously, or with your name, in my marketing.

Many thanks and do keep in touch

Rachael
