Abbie & Delilah

,

What led you to me?
Looking for further reassurance my horse is happy.

How was your call helpful?
Yes, really good to hear those thoughts and reassuring.

Was it what you expected?
Yes, very thorough and informative.

What were you most surprised by?
How forthcoming my horse was and how well she was described.

What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
The emotional/ reassuring aspect. It’s lovely to hear.

Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
When grooming Delilah today she was grooming me back constantly! She never does this – I think she’s done it once, maybe twice, and it’s never been longer than a few seconds. No matter where I was grooming she was really showing me she liked it and melting into me, usually she tries hard to pretend she doesn’t like a groom. Something that may seem small to others but really made me smile today.

Has your relationship changed as a result?
Feels even stronger. Confirms that understanding with my horse and my advocation for her.

What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Nothing, it was amazing. Very lovely person, understanding and calm. Very informative.

A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
Go for it! At the very least it’s lovely to hear some thoughts and discuss any potential concerns. I got emotional at some points as it’s nice to hear things your horse may want to tell you in a different way than they usually can.
