What led you to me?
We met at Horsemanship showcase

How was your call helpful?
Helped put my mind at rest that I’m doing the best for Dolly.
Her unexplained lameness disappeared soon after our chat. I felt this was because I’d apologised and promised not to rush her.

Was it what you expected?
The process was what I expected as I have previous experience with animal communication but not everything conveyed was what I expected.

What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
That she thought I was patient with her and that she and Sam understood why Sam was leaving.

Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
Yes, see above re Dolly’s lameness.

Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
I feel she is more engaged with me.

Has your relationship changed as a result?
I feel we have a better understanding of each other.

What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Nothing.

A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
Go for it.

Accuracy of the Call: Excellent

Information clearly explained: Excellent

Responsiveness to your questions (i.e. did I answer them to your satisfaction): Excellent

Rate the professionalism and manner in which I carried out your call: Excellent

*During our Call Dolly had asked for a piece of rose quartz to be placed in her field to provide support and healing. The next day her owner sent me a photo of Dolly resting [potentially processing] with her head over the mounting block, where the crystal had been placed. It’s not uncommon for horses to ask for certain herbs, essential oils or occasionally crystals or particular healing/body work modalities as part of their Calls.
