What led you to me?
I have had a number of communication session with Rachael and she is my go to every time I want to check in with my animals.

How was your call helpful?
My call was very helpful, as they always are, as it helped me to remember that my horses are not judging me. They don’t expect or even think about everything being perfect. They don’t want me to be so hard on myself. I am enough.

Was it what you expected?
As I’ve had a number of calls before, I knew what to expect and this call was as enlightening as ever. It actually felt more connected/a stronger connection than ever with my horses.

What were you most surprised by?
I wasn’t surprised by anything as I knew what to expect, I was very impressed by the amount of detailed feedback I received from my horses. I could really feel how much our relationship together has grown and how well we know each other.

What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
The most valuable aspect of this call was the clear message from my horses to me to live in the very moment and to go with the flow – to let go of any worries or anxiety and to be open to what comes.

Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
The call has saved me time and money in identifying and remedying an issue as it reminded me to listen to my gut in these times and to be quiet and calm in my mind and most of all to listen to my horses.

Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
My horses have both changed in behaviour since the call as I can feel how much they care and love me.

Has your relationship changed as a result?
Our relationship has grown even stronger since the call. It is like another door into our world together has opened and it feels so wonderful.

What could I change or do to improve my call service?
The call service is absolutely perfect in my opinion. Rachael is so good at what she does and the horses love opening up to her.

A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
I would say to a potential client that they must do it. The call will 100% strengthen their bond and relationship with their animal and they may learn something they weren’t even expecting to learn.

Is there anything else that you’d like to tell me that I haven’t asked about? (Friends reactions, business impact etc):
I can’t recommend Rachael highly enough. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does.
