Karen & Saffy

What led you to me?
I knew of your work, from our previous conversations.

How was your call helpful?
I wanted reassurance for myself that Saffy was okay with the move. But also to hear from her, how she was physically, and to understand if there was anything I could do to make her life easier, as she is getting older and I have moved her around a lot since we first came together.

The call confirmed what I knew instinctively and gave me a greater insight into what Saffy appreciated about our relationship. I learned so much from her about why we get on so well, but I also liked her comments about me, especially the witchy woo part. It sums everything up wonderfully.

I also loved the fact she liked me to look forward and not just be in the now! It also helped me to know how I can help her with her food, health and enjoyment of life, including making it easier for her to travel in the car.

I know our love is mutual but loved her comment when asked about why she choose me. It touched me deeply that she said “I am home”.

Was it what you expected?
Yes, most definitely what I expected. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and I would certainly use your services again, as and when necessary, to ensure Saffy or any pet I have is content and settled.

What were you most surprised by?
I suppose I was most surprised by the fact she called me witchy woo. The fact she choose the word dichotomy, which I now know to mean – a separation into two divisions that differ widely from or contradict each other. Which I take to mean that although we are different, we look after each other. The reason why she hunts. I loved hearing it was because she wanted to stay young for as long as possible. That was wonderful to hear.

What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
It was good to know Saffy has aches and stiff joints and not arthritis which was my concern. It was also good to know she was okay if I didn’t fuss her all the time because she didn’t want me to. I was reassuring to know instinctively I am doing the right things for her. And that she is okay with the move, and even if I don’t manage to move us into our own place by September, she is okay with that. The most valuable part of the call was actually hearing what Saffy thought. That was truly wonderful.

Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
I am not sure it saved time or money, but it gave me an understanding of how Saffy would deal with the dogs at the new place. So it save me heartache and worry that I had done the wrong thing for her.

Has your relationship changed as a result?
Saffy and I will be forging a stronger relationship going forward. As I feel a deeper connection now, I understand her even more than previously.

What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Nothing, it was a brilliant call. I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful ability to connect to Saffy and to help us build a stronger relationship.

A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
My call with Rachael allowed me to deepen my relationship with my cat. I also learned what she loved about being with me and how I can help her as she is getting older now-a wonderful experience. I am so grateful I arranged the call with Rachael for my cat and me
