What led you to me?
I saw a post from you on Facebook offering advice to people about how to communicate with their horses whilst they couldn’t be with them physically during lockdown. I was curious about whether the same technique could be used to contact my dog who recently passed, and having looked at your website, felt drawn to work with you.
How was your call helpful?
The call was an incredibly helpful part of my healing from intense grief. I knew within the first few minutes that it was my dog you were communicating with, and that brought a lot of reassurance and comfort. Whilst nothing will stop me missing her physical presence, knowing that she is happy in spirit, and still with me although I can’t see her, has brought me some peace that was not there prior to the call.
Was it what you expected?
I tried to approach the session expecting nothing, and just having an open mind to whatever came through. I would say it surpassed my expectations in terms of how specific some of the words, images and messages were. Without ever having met my dog, you described her personality almost perfectly, and a lot of what you relayed resonated exactly with how I perceived her outlook on the world. There were a couple of details she referenced – my ex-partner’s favourite film, the ringtone on my phone – that no one else could have known. Mind blowing!
What were you most surprised by?
As above – the level of detail and precision, the certainty that it was her, things coming through that you (as a stranger to us) could absolutely not have known or ‘guessed.’
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
Being able to smile at memories of her for the first time since she passed. The words she used to describe other dogs made me laugh out loud, and were exactly what I would have expected from her. And I suppose what I’ve already said – the knowledge that she is ok and still with me.
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
I don’t have any suggestions for improvement! You were friendly, professional, easy to contact, sensitive and understanding on the phone…..just keep doing what you’re doing.
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
Go ahead and have the call! You have an amazing gift and I think everyone who lives with or cares for an animal could benefit from a session with you; whether it’s to resolve a specific issue, find peace after a loved one has passed, or simply just find out what their pet is thinking! Absolutely worth every penny for me, I can’t tell you how glad I am that I took the decision to have a session with you.
Is there anything else that you’d like to tell me that I haven’t asked about?
Nope! Just thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You have made a genuine difference.
