What led you to Rachael?
I saw a comment on Facebook but felt that I’d seen it for a reason.
How was your call helpful?
Amazingly so
Was it what you expected?
No…… it by far exceeded any expectations I had. I said to myself before the call, this is either going to be the biggest waste of money in which case, you move on and put it down to experience OR it’s going to be the best thing you could spend on your horse. It was the latter for sure.
What were you most surprised by?
The immediate connection to my pony. I couldn’t comprehend before the call how I’d know truly if it were an honest connection. I knew instantly by the way Rachael relayed the information and the words she used to describe the situation.
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
Confirming my thoughts about our situation and giving me insight into why and what’s to come.
Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
Hoping so….. time will tell but it was such an accurate communication, it verified that I was correct in my way of thinking. That it’s not a physical thing, it’s emotional which is leading to behavioural issues.
Has your horse or pony’s behaviour changed following the call?
I will let you know over the next few weeks as I’ve literally just come off the call. It made me smile, laugh and cry. A truly amazing experience that I had to write about immediately.
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me – what would you say to them?
I had doubts…. people will think I’m crazy. Am I being crazy even considering this?? The simple answer is no…. if you’re in any doubt, don’t be. You won’t regret it. A truly inspirational insight
