Understanding my boys views better and realising all my worries were in my head

I wasn’t expecting so much information especially things Rachael couldn’t have possibly known
What were you most surprised by?
How caring William is with the other horses he lives with and how right he is about myself

Hearing about the trauma my pony OT has gone through in the past which I will now work on with him to get through it!
Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
The call has cleared up a lot of my worries but not time or money as both boys are worth all the time and money in the world
Has your horse or pony’s behaviour changed following the call?
Yes!! William seems to have come across more understanding this could be just myself though as I feel a lot more at ease
Has your relationship changed as a result?
100% I feel a lot more confident with William knowing his cheekiness isn’t to go against me it’s just him being a lad
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Nothing! Your call was perfect in every way! I was totally blown away.
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
I’d tell them to go for it as this was the best experience of my life!

Just what an amazing lady you are Rachael you truly have a gift! Hearing from both my boys has lightened my mood and I will definitely be ‘cutting the crap’ as William would say! My friends and family are totally blown away and confused about the whole experience!
