What led you to me?
I had got myself stuck in a rut with my two horses, and felt I wanted their guidance and input on how we should move forward in our relationship and lives together. I came across you, Rachael, on a horsey fb group I’m on.
How was your call helpful?
To hear what my horses had to say about how they feel and to see things from their prospective has clarified a lot for me. To be able to ask them questions and to hear the answers was truly mind-blowing. It has given me a clearer understanding of who they are, how they feel about their life with me, their behaviours and our relationships with each other.
Was it what you expected?
I’m not sure what I expected, being the first time I’ve ever done anything like this, but I was blown away by the experience.
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
The most valuable aspect for me was to hear what they had to say, and for them to know I was listening and to move forward with the information they had given me.
Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
The call has saved me a lot of anxiety and worry and enabled us to move on in a mutual positive way. Teddy has been quite poorly since I’ve had him and although I’ve strived to get him well, and have helped him feel heaps better, to hear him ask for specific remedies to help him even more, blew me away. He is on fire now, looking and seeming to feel good in himself.
Has your horse or pony’s behaviour changed following the call?
Teddy said he was happy to just enjoy life as a horse, no intention or expectation on my part helps as he doesn’t really want to interact much, so he’s very much like “well you know the score now, crack on” and Coqueta seems to want to communicate more with me as though she knows I’m listening, or trying to.
Has your relationship changed as a result?
I feel a shift in our relationships. Although I know Teddy is truly thankful for his life with me, he seems to have distanced himself even more from me, not that I mind and I respect him and how he feels. Where as myself and Coqueta have become closer and communicate so much more with each other.
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
I thought you and your service was second to none. Very professional, very real and your kindness and gentleness went a long way for me. Absolutely outstanding and amazing.
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
I’ve done it and from my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to book another call, in fact I’m going to book another call further down the line just to check in with my two and make sure I’m on the right track with them.
Is there anything else that you’d like to tell me that I haven’t asked about? (Friends reactions, business impact etc)
Not really Rachael, but I would not hesitate to recommend you if anyone asked.
