What led you to me?
I was having issues with my horse and although I was a bit unsure I thought why not try it and see what happens.
How was your call helpful?
It helped me to understand my relationship with my horse.
Was it what you expected?
Yes and no, I didn’t really know what to expect but I was open minded and eager to hear what Popcorn would have to say.
What were you most surprised by?
How talkative Popcorn was and what he had to say, I was very happy to hear he loved his new home.
Has your horse or pony’s behaviour changed following the call?
Yes I was struggling to connect with him and his behaviour was very out of character before the call. Then later that day after the call he seemed different and from then on it’s as if we understand each other and he just listens to me.
Has your relationship changed as a result?
Yes he was always very affectionate but he seems to be even more so now.
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Nothing really I thought our call was very informative and relaxing it’s as if I was talking to an old friend. That seems very odd as we’re not old friends but what I mean is I felt at ease and relaxed.
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
To be open minded and give it a go you never know what you might find out and how helpful it could be.
