What led you to me?
I’ve had a previous call back in October which helped guide us before in time of need. Just felt it was time to have a check in and see how Gemini was feeling now.
How was your call helpful?
The call helped clarify a few things of how Gemini was feeling, what she understood and interesting to hear Gemini’s take on how I was, as I had been unwell and dealing with a lot.
Was it what you expected?
Yes, I was expecting Gemini to highlight a few areas I thought she was struggling with and she did on one but not the other as such, but it came through as something different later on in the call.
What were you most surprised by?
That Gemini highlighted where she knew I wasn’t feeling well in myself and what was a difficult time. And that she knew despite frustration from me that it wasn’t her being the route cause of that frustration and knew it’s not aimed at her.
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
Knowing that Gemini feels good in herself, she also highlighted her shoes as important to her rehab and that she knows that she can’t be silly and feels she can’t mess around as worried she may pull something. It’s something I always say to her on turning her out, be careful, you’ve got to be careful etc.
Has your horse or pony’s behaviour changed following the call?
The following day on arrival at the yard, she was really quiet and quite thoughtful I think.
Has your relationship changed as a result?
Yes, each call has brought us closer together and there’s a clear understanding between us.
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
I don’t think you can, it’s been amazing.
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
Do it. I have no other explanations to how Gemini has improved so much in many ways. There’s nothing different I’m doing etc.
