What led you to Rachael?
Saw the taster Demo session and participated with that online.
How was your Call helpful?
It was helpful in so many ways. I know the dogs are more resilient than I thought, happier than I hoped and appreciate what we do for them.
Was it what you expected?
It was much more detailed that I expected.
What were you most surprised by?
How accurate the information that Rachael gave me. Also that we could negotiate rules with our younger dog, we have both kept to our agreement and life is easier because of it.
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
To know that our elderly dog is ok and not in too much pain, I felt she was ok but worried that I might be getting it wrong.
Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
Our younger dog’s behaviour has changed, she now understands why we want her to stay in the garden and does so, if we keep to our side of the bargain. She also seems calmer.
Has your relationship changed as a result?
I think I may be even closer to our dogs, and I am also calmer.
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Nothing could be improved, it was a wonderful experience.
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
Call, it may be one of the kindest things you could do for your pet and also for you. Understanding your animal better has to be a good thing.
