How was your call helpful?
Helpful to check in with Ruby and hear her thoughts and how she’s coping with life now she’s maturing.
Was it what you expected?
Yes as we’ve had calls regularly since she was a puppy and she’s now 3
What were you most surprised by?
The way she spoke about my energy and how it can affect her behaviour. I have always felt this was the case but to hear her concern for my happiness was moving.
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
Gaining a better understanding of where her biting episode came from so we can manage the energy spikes and stop it from re occurring.
Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
Yes as I may have spent money with a trainer to sort the biting issue but now I understand the energy behind it I can try and keep things more in balance for us.
Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
Yes, there’s definitely a deeper bond and a two way sense of trust and gratitude. Ruby is definitely much gentler with my old cat and hasn’t been boisterous with him at all since our call a week ago. Instead she gently touches his nose then gets her toy!
Has your relationship changed as a result?
The trust is deeper because as she said there is a reliability and a connection between us. I feel she’s listening even more attentively to me.
She jumped in with the cows this morning and was circling round them as I fed them. When I told her to sit she did immediately and stayed whereas previously she would have sat then run off again making it a game for her.
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Your service is excellent as it is with prompt replies to all enquiries.
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
Definitely give it a try. It may change the way you see and think about your animals. You will gain a fresh insight in your relationship with them and your animal will be so grateful to you.
Is there anything else that you’d like to tell me that I haven’t asked about? (Friends reactions, business impact etc):
I realize it is important to pause, in silence, during the call to allow Rachael and Ruby to connect so that’s Ruby’s thoughts can come through.
It’s hard to put into words but our bond and mental connection is stronger and deeper since our call. It’s like a strong rope between us which gives Ruby more security.
