Kirstie, Ruby & Cinnamon

What led you to me?
Saw you on social media [years ago]

How was your call helpful?
The call gave me a good insight into how Ruby and Cinnamon have adjusted to living without Basil [passed cat]. It was really good to hear how content Cinnamon is with his life

Was it what you expected?
Yes more or less but it is always lovely to hear how delighted Ruby is to have a chance to communicate.

What were you most surprised by?
Most surprised by Ruby talking about the dog friend she’d made and how she requested more time with her. Also she described the energy of my friend, the dog’s owner, so accurately. It was good to know how soothing she finds this type of energy.

What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
Hearing that Ruby would like to spend more time playing with Poppy. Also gaining a deeper understanding of the energy around the bedtime barking issue.

Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
Not really as we are just steadily working away at our relationship with your help.

Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
Cinnamon seems more confident since the call knowing he is listened too and understood. Ruby feels softer in her energy and connected to me on a deeper level than before. Her bedtime barking hasn’t stopped yet. I’ve done all the things we talked about and I can tell she’s trying really hard from her body energy. But she still can’t stop herself. Some nights she waits longer before she starts and sometimes she comes out of it more quickly. So it is changing slightly and I feel we’re making progress as I’m staying more neutral in my energy.

Has your relationship changed as a result?
Relationships with both are deeper and more connected. I can now feel Cinnamon’s contentment because I’m no longer worried about him. Ruby is even more attentive to me, trying very hard to do the right things. Her forehead is more relaxed and her eyes are softer for longer periods. She feels so full of love now.

What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Your service is excellent as it is

A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
Definitely give it a try. Your animal will be so grateful that you are trying to understand them. It will give you new insight into animal and human relationships.
