What led you to me?
First came across your work on Facebook. I bought Equisentient Coaching cards in 2018 and love them. They’ve been on the kitchen table ever since they arrived!
How was your call helpful?
Extremely helpful as your reading confirmed aspects of Ruby’s complex character that I’d intuitively felt. It’s been hard when people say she’s just a puppy, she’ll grow out of it when I felt she was struggling with other things.
Was it what you expected?
The call exceeded my hopes as immediately you had picked up on and felt the complex energy pattern. So right from the start you connected with her and understood why I want to help her
What were you most surprised by?
Most surprised and delighted by how much Ruby had to say about everything. I hadn’t realised quite how much the animal speaks directly through you. It was amazing to be able to ask her questions and get such detailed responses from her.
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
I think the fact you confirmed what I was feeling and Ruby could explain what the energy feels like for her will help us enormously.
Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
Saved me time in the long run as I now know I just have to keep being patient and consistent with her to keep building her confidence.
I also realise I have to be careful with her diet due to her sensitivity.
Has your animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
Behaviour definitely changed. During the call she was very quiet, unusual when I’m on the phone. Immediately after the call she was very relaxed and affectionate.
She’s been wagging her tail a lot and we have a lot more eye contact as she looks to me for reassurance.
She’s been brilliant with the cat, giving him space without pouncing on him, again looking to me for approval.
Has your relationship changed as a result?
Our relationship has strengthened and deepened just in a couple of days. The bond was strong before but now there’s such a sense of love, relief, gratitude and understanding on both sides
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Your call service is excellent. I felt you were 100% connected to us throughout.
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
Definitely try it. You have nothing to loose and so much to gain. It will deepen your relationship as you will see your animal from a different perspective once you listen to what they say and begin to understand how life is for them.
