What led you to me?
We’ve had a number of calls previously with Rachael, and this was another check in call for Gemini.
How was your call helpful?
It gave some clarity and guidance with the difficulties we were dealing with at the time in regards to enjoyment of the sport and me having felt like I’ve lost my way a bit.
Was it what you expected?
Yes, although this call was somewhat was easier to read from what Gemini was saying, previous calls I have had to do some research and investigations to work out what Gemini was saying. This call seemed crystal clear with her messages.
What were you most surprised by?
That Gemini identified straight away that I was struggling with my asthma that day of the call.
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
Knowing that she is feeling ok, and wanting me to come back to her to enjoy summer together.
Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
Gemini has been more clingy, more wanting my attention, wanting fuss. She seems a little calmer on the ground.
Has your relationship changed as a result?
Yes, I feel I can express myself more positively to her. Rather than hiding behind the fact that I’m not enjoying the sport or riding.
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Nothing, all is fab already.
