How was your call helpful?
It helped to deepen my understanding of how Ruby sees the world. Seeing things from her perspective helps me to keep teaching and guiding her on a daily basis.
Was it what you expected?
Yes as we’ve had a few calls already on a 6 monthly basis.
What were you most surprised by?
How much Ruby had to say about coming home from vets after being spayed and how much she appreciates the safety of her home environment.
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
Learning how grateful she was for the things I did to help her recover from the operation.
Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
Didn’t really save time or money but it did help me understand and try to remedy her issue of aggression at times.
Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
Yes, she’s definitely trying to side step her energy spirals by diverting herself with a toy. She’s giving me much more relaxed eye contact and is wagging her tail which she’s hardly done in 2.5 years!
Has your relationship changed as a result?
Yes, our relationship has deepened and I realise I have to work on my energy and attitude towards her to give her even more reassurance. She seems really grateful that she’s feeling more comfortable with her life. There’s a much stronger feeling of trust between us which is so lovely to experience.
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Your service is excellent as it is.
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
Definitely try it. There’s nothing to lose and everything to gain from having a deeper connection with your animal. Your animal will really appreciate the fact you are trying to understand them and help them with your life together.
Is there anything else that you’d like to tell me that I haven’t asked about? (Friends reactions, business impact etc)
Friends and family have commented in last 3 month about how Ruby has changed and relaxed, partly from growing up but also because of the help you’ve given me in understanding her complex nature.
