What led you to me?
My horse and I have had a tough year with our mental and physical health which led to some feelings of disconnect and psychological difficulty. I’d exhausted every tool I had trying to fix it so hoped Rachael could help.
How was your call helpful?
It really helped to ‘connect the dots’ for me, I realised the answers were there all along I just couldn’t access them.
Was it what you expected?
In some ways yes, having had a call with Rachael before I expected her to be accurate and helpful, but the information she gave me wasn’t what I thought it would be (it was far more helpful!)
What were you most surprised by?
I had a lightbulb moment halfway through when I realised that what Rachael was saying was what my horse had been trying to communicate to me for some time.
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
Reassurance that I’m doing the right thing for my horse and he is feeling more himself again
Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
Having already been through many vet investigations, possibly not, I should have booked the call sooner!!!
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
It’s a great experience and so fascinating, it will make you feel so much closer to your horse.
