Helpful because your insights show me I’m doing the right things to help my dog.
Was it what you expected?
As it was the 3rd call in the 2 years of Ruby’s life it was a continuation of the pattern of previous calls so I knew what to expect but it still amazes me.
What were you most surprised by?
Most surprised by the consistency of Ruby’s explanation of how her world is and the things she likes and dislikes. The calls are building up a consistently strong picture of her nature and unusual energy patterns.
What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
Knowing that the foundation of rhythm, routine and ritual is really working in helping Ruby adjust to being in her body. Also hearing directly from Ruby that things I do instinctively to try and help her are actually working. Hearing how much she appreciates what I do really helps as sometimes it has been difficult dealing with her energy patterns and behaviour.
Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
Saved me time and money looking elsewhere for help.
Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
Yes, immediately after the call she did something herself to try and calm down, which you had explained to her during our conversation. She has consistently done this for the last 4 days and is so pleased with herself when it works and she manages to side step the energy spiral.
Has your relationship changed as a result?
My love and respect for her has deepened as she tries so hard to be good and get things right. Our conversation has also reminded me how important it is for me to remain calm and grounded, not getting sucked into the energy.
What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Your call service is excellent and very efficient as it is
A potential client is on the fence about whether to have a call with me; what would you say to them?
Definitely try it. Once you hear how pure and true your animal’s voice is you’ll be fascinated to work with them to improve your bond and offer them the best life you can.
Is there anything else that you’d like to tell me that I haven’t asked about? (Friends reactions, business impact etc).
I think it is amazing how strong the connection is that you get from looking at a photo. It feels like you are in the room with us. You are able to read her energy so well and then put it into words so I can understand it and help her grow and develop. Thank you so much from Ruby and I, who is lying peacefully chilled out by the stove, something I wasn’t sure I’d ever see!
