Lindsay, Sam & Blue

What led you to me?
Previous call

How was your call helpful?
It was really helpful and helped me understand Blue (my new horse) better and allowed me to connect with my Sam my old horse who had passed away.

What were you most surprised by?
Some of Sam’s comments were really funny and his personality really came though this time as last time he was very emotional. The image of Blue with his glasses on still makes me laugh.

What was the most valuable aspect of your call?
It was helpful to hear Blue’s perspective on what was the problem with leading downhill as he thought I was rushing him but I thought I was trying to slow him down.

Did our call save you time and/or money in identifying and remedying an issue?
It helped me understand that I had to be very careful with the slightest detail of what I was doing to help Blue understand as he notices tiny details.

Has your equine or animal’s behaviour changed following the call?
We had a bit of a blip after the call but are getting on much better now that we have the basic leading aids more consistent and clear.

Has your relationship changed as a result?
Blue is getting much cuddlier.

What could I change or do to improve my call service?
Nothing
